Job description
Our Client:
5+ and currently working with any McD Store as manager, store manager, department manager (or Above the hierarchy)
1. Maintains critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
2. Executes a plan, based on employee commitment measurement
3. Oversees all systems Ordering, Scheduling, Payroll, Training, Personnel, Planned
Maintenance, and Building Maintenance systems.
4. Demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviours and basic people minimums
5. Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
6. Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
7. Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
8. Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
9. Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
10. Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
11. Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
