Job Title: Recruitment Manager (US Staffing Industry) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our team of 30 to 40 recruiters specializing in the US staffing industry, particularly focusing on non-IT sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-volume recruitment processes, fostering team collaboration, and driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30 to 40 recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring needs, focusing on non-IT sectors within the US staffing industry. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and anticipate future hiring needs. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices to support their workforce planning initiatives. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting recruitment performance, key achievements, and actionable insights for decision-making. Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and systems to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 8+ Years of experience in recruitment management within the US staffing industry, with a focus on non-IT sectors. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and employment laws/regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
