Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common account problems. Dedication to growing the business and facilitating smoother connections between our clients and our internal executive is a must.

Responsibilities

Duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions:

Monthly invoicing

Daily bookkeeping

Scheduling and monitoring the vendor payments on the agreed dates

GST Filings

TDS payment and preparation of filing statement.

Payroll processing

ESI and EPFO filings

SOFTEX & MPR filings through STPI and SEZ

Taking care of other statutory renewals and essential filings including Corporation tax LWF Labour registrations WPS etc

Preparing Monthly & Quarterly MIS reports.

Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies.

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Interpret and apply accounting policies rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries

Taking care of Bank related matters

Assisting Statutory auditors and prepare Data sheets and files for Auditors.

Managing the Direct Indirect tax activities and all SEZ compliances

Add value by advising the business on different matters pertaining to direct and indirect tax and SEZ regulations.

Requirements

3 plus years of relevant handson accounting experience

Should be a B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA Finance graduate.

Handson experience with accounting software like zoho books

Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently on assigned duties.

Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.

High preference for Candidates from Trivandrum or willing to relocate to Trivandrum.

4+ years of UX/UI design experience. Experience in prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, etc. Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator or Sketch for designing web & mobile interfaces. Good understanding of grid approach in design & layout as well as responsive design. Good knowledge of UX design & modern design patterns. Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile. Understanding of digital technologies, basics of programming languages (Web Technologies and Mobile application guidelines). Strong experience in creating sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group acting as a liaison between technology teams, support teams and business units. Strong experience in designing complex solutions for web and mobile applications (preferred). Outstanding presentation and leadership skills. Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile. Excellent typographical skills.
