Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain and update employee records as per the company policy and legal requirements.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Address employee queries regarding payroll and other HR-related matters.
  6. Collaborate with management to identify hiring needs and ensure sufficient staffing levels.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and payroll systems.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  6. Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
