Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Tech & Non-Tech positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process. Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and enhance employer branding efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively identify and engage with passive candidates. Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities, including pipeline status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, interview techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling technical positions. In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly within the IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
