Building and maintaining relationships with clients: This involves regular communication with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations, as well as to address any concerns they may have.
Understanding client requirements: It is important for client servicing executives to understand the specific requirements of each event, such as venue selection, event planning, catering, decorations, and audiovisual services, and to ensure that the services provided meet those requirements.
Coordinating with internal teams: Client servicing executives must work closely with internal teams, such as event planners, designers, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure that the company is meeting client expectations.
Creating event proposals and quotes: Client servicing executives must create event proposals and quotes that reflect the clients needs and budget, and provide them to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving client issues: If a client raises an issue, the client servicing executive is responsible for ensuring that it is resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, and that the client is updated throughout the process.
Tracking and reporting: Client servicing executives must track and report on client activity, such as event bookings, payments, and client feedback, to ensure that the company is meeting its sales and customer service goals.
Developing new business: Client servicing executives may also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients, such as through networking and attending industry events.
Providing feedback to management: Client servicing executives must provide feedback to management on client satisfaction, industry trends, and any issues that arise, in order to improve the companys event services.
ROLES :-
Own the entire Client Relationship process from prospecting business from to closure Assist with multiple simultaneous projects with Any ad hoc duties/projects execution as assigned
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
Designing events brief and outline and making presentations decks.
Travel as when Required
QUALIFICATIONS :-
University degree in any discipline preference with MBA in Marketing
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Event Industry
Self-starter and able to work independently and be productive with minimum supervision (Whatever it take to get it done attitude)
