Job Description:

As a B2B Business Development Executive at ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the

growth of our business by expanding our partnerships and client base within the B2B segment. You will be

responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including

schools, colleges, universities, and corporate training institutions. Your primary objective will be to identify

new business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and promote our platform's suite of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential B2B clients within the education sector, including but not limited to ,

colleges, universities, and corporate training institutions.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and

achieve sales targets.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in

target organizations.

4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for

expansion.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals

tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

6. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform's products and services to potential

clients through presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

7. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management

team.

8. Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in educational

technology.

9. Deals with the Corporate training.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (Electrical and Mechanical) or Diploma in EV.

2. Experience 0-1 Year.

3. Strong understanding of the education landscape and familiarity with current trends and challenge.

4.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex

concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an

organization.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

7. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business

opportunities.

8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
