Job description

Job Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Mumbai Job Summary: As an HR Executive with a primary focus on talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Additionally, you will take on operational and HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities to contribute to the overall HR function. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (80%): Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Interview Coordination: Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Selection and Onboarding: Facilitate the selection process, including offer negotiation, and collaborate with other departments for a seamless onboarding experience. Operations and HRBP (20%): HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving issues effectively. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes and collaborate with managers for employee development. HR Business Partnering: Serve as an HRBP to designated business units, understanding their needs and aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes. Familiarity with HR operations and business partnering. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
