Job description
You have 8 years’ experience in a software development industry, and at least 5 years’ experience building and delivering enterprise software. You are graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications Experience with cloud technologies Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.. Sound knowledge of .Net Core, C#, MS SQL Server Hands-on working experience with Azure Cloud, AWS or Google Cloud Payment industry field experience Working knowledge on Confluence, Jira Experience in coaching Agile teams Prior experience with Product Development 3+ years’ experience managing small to mid-sized team (as a tech lead for example) Manage & lead agile teams of 5-10 engineers Participate and provide technology related inputs for infra cost estimation, 3 Year Plan, budgeting exercises Leadership and oversight of technology resources, requiring mentoring, performance management and career development Lead, plan & coordinate the delivery of software products to support Business Unit’s business strategy Define & establish solution and system design to support the implementation of software products Leads the implementation of global & regional platform Maintain & support current and new software products Help define the IT organization needs Manage and coordinate the IT security operations and compliance ISO audits (internal & external audits)
