Application Engineering Practice Leader
The Application Engineering Practice Leader is accountable for driving growth, strategic positioning and managing its P&L to ensure success in the future (e.g., practice focus areas, offerings, capabilities). Extensive experience in Presales, Solutioning, Delivery, People Management and Global experience.
Location : Pune/Noida, India
Relevant Experience : 18+ years Expectations : · Responsible to formulate business development strategies for Application Engineering Practice
· Create differentiated solution & Services offerings and translate into revenue growth.
· Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of consulting services to our customers.
· Actively search for opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and help win new clients.
· Building new technology capabilities, and building team competencies
· Marketing of technology & domain solutions / service offerings to internal/external stakeholders
· Manage business relationship with the technology partners & start-up eco systems and demonstrate edge over competition.
· Passionate about technology and customer success with excellent communication and articulation skills
· Bring innovation in the Practice by coming up ideas, differentiators, and development of tools / accelerators to differentiate us in the market.
· Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions at a level appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences.
· Research, curate, and record tutorials on various applications of data science and machine learning
· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projects.
· Proven experience of software development methodologies, principles, procedures, software management, DevOps, Agile Practices, and services

Technical Skills : · Total Experience - 18+ years with hands on experience with Azure and AWS, strong preference for architecture certification in one of these platforms
· Strong understanding of cloud technology and its implementation across major Cloud providers (ex. Azure, AWS, and Google)
· Cloud Native App development, Microservices based enterprise grade application development, Serverless Computing, Containerization technologies.
· Strong experience of product and platform engineering concepts
· DevSecOps – CI/CD tool chain, API Management platforms
· Database technologies – Structured & Unstructured data storage platforms
