Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales of the Company's products in the Hazaribag HQ. This is a full-time role. The Sales Executive will be required to work primarily from the Hazaribag, Chatra and Koderma district. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Company's customer base, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will be responsible for working collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to implement successful sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and key account management
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the Agri, Consumer Products, or Performance Polymers industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
