Please Find Job Details Position: CMA Experience: 4-10 years Qualification: CMA Gender: Any Salary: 50000 - 67000 Per Month Office time: 10:00 to 06:30 (6 days) JOB Role Management Accounting - CAPEX Proposals , Monitoring and availing loans from Special Schemes.
- Cost Audit , GST ,TDS, Tally
- Consolidation of Holding Company Accounts
- Established Capex, Opex Budgets, Cash Management, Production Planning Systems & Control for Individual Products/Assembly lines in startups and companies undergoing restructuring from scratch.
- Intelligent Evaluation & Implementation of Export Benefits, Indirect Taxes
- Process & design change for savings (time, labor, materials) and better product.
- Internal Controls designed and established especially for Service Departments (IT, Engineering, Internal Audit, Legal and Finance & Administration). simple data capture method for ease of detailing and analysis at no extra cost/effort.
- Dealing with valuations, transfer pricing, VAT, Indirect Taxes, Export Duty Exemptions, for taxation purpose
- Regular what if analysis and managing change from sellers to buyers market
- ROI for facilitating decision making on New Initiatives.
Finance & Accounting - Dealing with banks for Project Financing, L/C, Guarantee and Working Capital Limits. Regular review and enhancement thereof in line with business requirement.
- Treasury Management, Hedging Foreign Currency, Timely Booking to manage exchange gain/loss.
- Timely Submission of Audited Financial Statements.
Commercial - Risk Analysis and Mitigation through Insurance, Legal Contracts, Media Mgmt.
- Management of Insurance claim submissions & timely claim settlement.
- L/C opening import and export.
- Contracting of Large Capital Projects in Government Sector through Tendering.
- Outsourcing of Long-Term Operational Projects through Tendering.
- Customer Credit Risks; Credit Limit Sanctions & Monitoring.
- Business Development, Account Manager for OEM Customer.
- Reduced Order Processing Cycle Time from Order procurement to Dispatch.
- Increase in supplier base for better choice, credit and negotiation.
- Just in time inventory management, changing raw material requirement for abrupt shelf-life products and monitoring obsolete inventory with regular change in production plan of individual models for 100% EOU Units.
- Measurable contribution in areas of scrap reduction and suppliers taking advantage of weight/number ratios.
- Temporary Labor Hiring, Labor Productivity for short period contract jobs.
- Logistics for Import /Export Consignments; Rail/Road; Warehouse deliveries.
- Simplified Central Sales Tax C form and other sales tax form and assisting finance in timely sales tax assessments in India.
- Central Excise, VAT refund, Duty Draw Back Schemes
