- We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 2-3 yearsâ experience. The social media manager will be responsible for social listening, reporting and insights generation.
- Skills: Social Media Analytics, Social media Management, Digital Marketing, Creative ideation, Media Monitoring, Instagram marketing, moment marketing, Analytical skills, Hands-on experience on PowerPoint & excel
The role will also be responsible for day-to-day research, social media monitoring,
moderation and tasks like:-
- Set business-unit and corporate social media targeting, reach, engagement and
conversion goals
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIâs for success and track against them
- Work with social media and digital leadership to help evolve agency metrics
processes and techniques
- Measure the impact and return of social media efforts
- Analyze results to identify business insights, opportunities and recommendations
- Analyse social landscape and audience buzz volume, frequency, velocity,
demographics, and related dimensions
- Research and report on social media campaigns, performance, trends, competitor
benchmarking and opportunities
Education/Experience p Required Skills:- br • Strong in Ideation research writing and communication skills and strong eye f br detailing. br • Experience in measuring & monit ing social media and deriving actionable br business insights out of social data br • In-depth social media analytics experience with exposure to social media analytics br tools experience br • Genuine zest f numbers and strong analytic skills both quantitative and br qualitative and the ability to think critically br • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
