Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at KSRM College of Engineering in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the institution. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for reporting to the Manager and aiding in administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee daily operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Ability to strategically plan and execute initiatives
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in an educational institution is a plus
