Roles and Responsibility:
Engage with potential customers, identify their key pain points and create personalised growth journeys for every customer to help them purchase products to meet their career objectives
1 to 3 years of work experience as a educational counselor.
Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry
Ability to self-manage and work with minimal supervision.
Completing daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
Upselling and cross-selling relevant products to enrolled students/ customers
Achieve monthly targets, and unlock fast growth opportunities within the department
Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals
Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily
Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to come up with new growth strategies
Desired Candidate:
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2 Years experience in sales or tele calling ( Â Past Ed-tech experience will earn you brownie points. )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
