Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Front Line Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and ensuring an exceptional buying experience for our customers. If you have a flair for sales, a passion for real estate, and a drive to exceed targets, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties that meet their expectations.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently to convert leads into customers.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Stay abreast of the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to strategically position Casagrand properties.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 1+ year in front line sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A customer-centric approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required by the business.
