At TITAN, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team remotely in the Philippines and India. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our partners and clients with the successful implementation and utilization of TITAN products working together with their Salesforce and SAP systems. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients globally.
Responsibilities:
- User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and profiles. Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels based on job requirements.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system. Regularly import, export, and cleanse data. Manage data security and data sharing settings.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements. Create custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user inquiries and issues.

REQUIREMENTS
- BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification .
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English with professional-level communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (PST) .
