Job description
Responsible to complete sales and Marketing of HNL Products in the Visakhapatnam area with the support of Executives / TSIs by ensuring sales guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
- Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales Distribution cost in particular.
- Timely distribution of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements any other Products.
- Effective control minimize the damages.
- Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
- Strict implementation of Statutory SOP
