Our India location The focus of the Kochi office is on Automotive Electronics. We are working on making the car of the future autonomous, electric, and connected. As a strategic development partner, we support our customers throughout the entire product development process: from development to system integration to after-sales. In addition, we offer innovative tooling solutions ranging from HIL systems to cloud-based test infrastructures. We are looking for motivated Sharepoint developer with 4+ years of experience and a focus on integration to SAP. Responsibilities Support in migrating service desks from Jira to SharePoint, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Document the workflow setup and execute data migration processes effectively. Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions tailored to meet the requirements of service desks. Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and other components as needed to optimize functionality and user experience. Collaborate with SAP teams to integrate SharePoint service desks seamlessly with SAP applications. Develop connectors, interfaces, and APIs to enable smooth data exchange and process automation between SharePoint and SAP systems. Conduct thorough testing of SharePoint solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to requirements. Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement fixes as necessary to maintain system integrity. Working closely with the German business units to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solutions. Prepare comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and system documentation to facilitate effective use and maintenance of SharePoint solutions. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Continuous knowledge building and exchange within the team Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience (4 years) as a SharePoint Developer, with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development best practices, and customization techniques. Experience in migrating service desks from Jira to SharePoint, including planning, data migration, and post-migration support. Familiarity with SAP systems and experience in integrating SharePoint with SAP applications using technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, OData APIs etc. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate are a plus. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members across our foreign locations especially German locations.
