Overview:
The role of a Customer Service Process is crucial to our organization as it directly impacts the customer experience. This role involves providing efficient and effective support to our customers resolving their queries and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently
- Providing product information to customers
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders forms applications and requests
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Contributing to team efforts to achieve customer satisfaction
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
- Assisting in training and mentoring new hires
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Availability to work in shifts
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Preferred: Associate s or Bachelor s degree
