Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for an Information Technology Support professional to support of manufacturing business. The IT Support professional will be responsible for:

• Desktop & Application Support 

• Cloud Services - Google, Office 365 Support

• Local Network Support - Routers, Switches configuration

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (B. Tech Preferred)
• Skills: CCNA, MS Office, Windows, A+, N+
• Experience: 3-6 years
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask
