About the Role:
The role will be the designated compliance officer for the company under all statutory and regulatory compliances, and would focus on minimizing the compliance related risk for the organization. The role has to strengthen our second line of defense to reduce all compliance related risk and enhance strong governance.Â
Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance program development aligned with industry standards and regulations.
- Create and implement policies to mitigate compliance risks across all functions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Report compliance status to management and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Oversee corporate governance administration and facilitate board communications.
Qualifications:
- CS qualification with LLB preferred.
- 6 - 8 years of compliance leadership experience.
- Expertise in multiple compliance areas.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
- Proven track record of successful compliance program implementation.
