Planning Manager

This is a full-time on-site role in Kanpur for a Planning Manager. The Planning Manager will work closely with the production team and other cross-functional teams to plan and schedule production, manage inventory, ensure timely delivery, and optimize production processes. The Planning Manager will also collaborate with suppliers and customers to align their requirements with our production plans, and maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and logistics
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in bags and accessories production, is a plus
• A certification in production planning or supply chain management is desirable
