Job description
1. Lead the continuous improvement process through the implementation of the Kohler Operating System program including the development and deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
2. Plan process improvement programs: Measure current situation, analyze condition, compare results, identify performance gaps, and develop programs to improve performance.
3. Support the Cost Reduction program to achieve Kohler Powertrain Aurangabad Plant cost savings goals.
4. Support the Manager in the phase of estimate resource requirements and implementation costs, preparing approval presentations and documents.
