Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Sirian Overseas. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also be responsible for administrative tasks related to HR, such as maintaining employee records.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Experience with HR software and systems
  

Candidates with experience in recruiting, training, and performance management are preferred. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
