Job Purpose
- To Plan, execute LIVE & Virtual events, and manage that helps execute the planned recognition strategy Responsibilities: - To plan and execute R&R Events - To Facilitate RFQ for MICE/ Event - To facilitate Vendor Empanelment & Management - To manage E-bidding Vendor & Portal - To maintain & create Event repository data - To manage merchandise as and when required - Adherence to operational processes, accounting (billing & payment) processes & budget management - Maintaining cost sheet- s, trackers & event calendar - Query management - Extend end-to-end support to cross functional team pertaining to R&R Events - Adherence to timely communication with cross functional team pertaining to fulfillment - Book venues and schedule speakers - Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost - Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms - Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g., tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards - Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems - Evaluate event's success and submit reports - Post event evaluation & closure on bills Technical Knowledge - Knowledge about lights & Sound setup - LED screen knowledge with ratio - Venue layout - Content knowledge (PPT, Videos)- Latest Technology knowledge related to activities - Virtual event setup (Virtual Live event, Broadcasting, Microsite etc) Key Performance Indicators : - Adherence to Budgets for R&R and Conventions fulfillment = 100%- Adherence to Events calendar, quality & process >=95%- Driving Event App across all calendarized events >=50%- Execution of Events and other R&R fulfillment process = 100%- R&R Portal Management = 20%- Execution of E-bidding process >=100%- Query Management = 100%- Technical Knowledge = 100% Job Requirements : Qualifications Postgraduate Experience : 5 - 7 years of relevant experience Functional Competencies - Vendor Management - Event Management - Record Management - Cross functional processes (Sales, Finance, Compliance & Legal) - Negotiation Skills Behavioral Competencies - Process Orientation - Execution Excellence - Collaboration - Customer Centricity Key Interactions : Internal Nature or purpose of interaction Sales Leaders / Functional Heads - Understanding of requirements - Calendarization of Events - Reports External Nature or purpose of interaction Vendors - Empanelment - Negotiations - Operationalizing steps for executionJob tags
