Designation: Product Manager 2
Location: Bangalore
As the Product Manager 2 at Lynk, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire product development life cycle. This encompasses a comprehensive array of responsibilities, including user behavior analysis, ideation of impactful features, collaboration with designers to enhance UI/UX, meticulous prioritization of the development pipeline, coordination with QA for rigorous testing, and adept management of product releases.
Your primary mandate is to translate the company's overarching business vision into a dynamic and finely-tuned product roadmap. This roadmap serves as a guiding framework, continuously refined and implemented through iterative sprints within an agile methodology. We seek an individual who possesses a meticulous mindset, capable of autonomously steering projects to meet demanding timelines with minimal supervision.
Key Qualifications:
. 3+ years of Product Management experience: Preferably within the FMCG sector or Supply Chain Management.
. Agile Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in Agile product development, including the effective use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
. Platform Expertise: A profound understanding of both mobile (Android, iOS) and web applications.
. UI/UX Mastery: Deep comprehension of UI/UX principles for both web and mobile platforms, with proficiency in Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
. Customer Lifecycle Management: In-depth knowledge of managing the entire customer lifecycle, covering acquisition, retention, and churn phases.
. Requirements Articulation: Proven ability to articulate product requirements and user stories effectively.
. Analytics Acumen: Experience in utilizing analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc., for informed product decision-making.
. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
