Background: As part of our Clean and Intelligent Strategy, Automotive Engineering team is working on New Technology and NPD’s of Sensor Bearing Solutions for Indian Automotive Customers. Strong competence in Mechatronics in needed to design, develop, test and launch these products.

Objective: Help launch new sensor bearing unit products Personal profile and basic knowledge: · Engineering Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Science · Relevant Professional 8 to 10 years’ experience in embedded electronic development domain · Familiar with Agile approach. Working autonomously. · Self driven, hands-on, curious, passionate, enthusiastic and resilient personality · Proactive and open work attitude, willingness to explore new functions and methods in engineering environment · Good communication skills (emails, screenshots, documentation, English language for discussions and training) · Office software package · Development experience within automotive quality processes and environment

Mandatory Electronics Hardware requirements · Capability to translate requirements into detailed specification for electronic hardware design · Deep knowledge of electronics passive components and semiconductors requirements for usage in automotive application · Proven knowledge of electronics active circuit (such as operational amplifier) for low power/low noise applications · Electronics Hardware design according to Design for testability requirements · Electronics Hardware design suitable for signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility compliance · Automotive on-board communication protocols (CAN, LIN) · Knowledge of wireless RF transmission circuitry · Knowledge of electronics board EMC/EMI requirements · Capability to release design documentation for prototype manufacturing (including PCB information) · Ability to work with Electronics Schematic Entry such as KiCad or equivalent · Electronics routing (component placement, track design, multi-layer PCB) for embedded solution according to signal integrity principle Advanced Knowledge on Electronics Hardware: · Knowledge of sensor for temperature, vibration and strain measurement · Capability to define detailed Design validation for embedded automotive electronics · Capability to perform Design FMEA analysis on electronic control unit (by function, by component) · Capability to compile Design Workbook to justify technical choices to be compliant with specification · Capability to perform electronics circuitry simulation with pSpice (or equivalent) Expert Hardware and Firmware skills ( nice to have ): · Capability to design and implement moke-up (making use of commercial development board) to compare components (such as sensors), electronic circuitry or MCU logic cores · Knowledge of on-board high speed and time triggered protocols, such as FlexRay · Motor encoder units · Roller encoder units · Steering encoder units · Rotor positioning ... Design · Electric motor,· Brush less motor · High-speed electric motors · magnetic bearings · QuickCollect sensor · Vibration Sensor · Motor product - PLC, Microcontroller BLDM Motor, Driver · Rotter controller, rotter positioning· oval rotation · what is the role of commutation in motors · Holler sensor , sensor output · Electron magnetic, PCB layout - Altium, cascade , RPM detection
