Designation: Assistant Manager _ Talent Acquisition
Business Unit: Multiplier Brand Solutions Pvt Ltd Office Location: Mumbai ( Chaklala , Andheri East ) Frequency of Travel: Medium Experience: 5 to 8 years in similar industry. Responsible for determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts, developing hiring strategies, leading employment initiatives & filling open positions within assigned accounts. Should excel in full-cycle recruiting, possess strong sourcing skills & ensure positive candidate experiences. Have a keen eye for identifying talented individuals and are dedicated to helping them succeed within the organization. Also supervise recruiting personnel, participate in career fairs and events, and use metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities Develop and hiring plans. Client meeting & regular reviews. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. Assist in employee retention and development. Candidate assessments, offer letters, Outbound calling, vetting & tracking. Supervise recruiting personnel. Recruitment strategies, Candidate pipeline management. Database creation & analysis. Personnel recruitment & Workforce improvements. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Requirements And Skills Should be or worked earlier in manpower staffing industry. Should be experience in semi-skilled (Promoters / In Shop Demonstrator) hiring. Should Have Experience In Volume & Bulk Hiring. Proven experience as talent acquisition manager. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. Excellent communicator & well-organized planner. A leader and strategic thinker. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Business requirements understanding.
