1. Server Management: The Tech Unity role requires managing and maintaining server environments. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of servers, addressing server-related issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
2. Application Support: Technical Support Analysts in the Tech Unity role are responsible for providing application support to clients. This involves troubleshooting application-related issues, assisting with installations, and ensuring applications are running efficiently.
