Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Madurai. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks such as HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience with HR Management and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with employee benefits programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

The following skills and qualifications would be beneficial: experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management, HR certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, and strong interpersonal skills.
