Job Description : Senior Executive - Social Media
Location: Powai Work model: Onsite working Responsibilities: Strategy Development: ● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives. ● Identify target audience, trends, and insights to develop engaging content. ● Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed. ● Track competition & recommend strategies based on the observations Content Creation and Curation Community Management: ● Interact with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. ● Foster positive relationships with followers and manage online discussions. ● Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary. Social Media Advertising Online reputation management: ● Understanding on ORM and knowledge on using the tool & setting up response matrix ● ORM reports to understand brand sentiment amongst the various stakeholders Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ● 2-3 yrs of Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for a business or organization. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Basic knowledge of social media advertising and content marketing principles. ● Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. ● Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative content ideas. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentJob tags
