Job description
Manage & coordinate all operating expenses, such as repair and maintenance, cleaning services, security services, utilities and energy, and common areas. Supports the Facility Management model to implement the best practice coming from the market.
Housekeeping
- Manages buildings & common area related cleaning activities in line with Standard Operating Procedure
Facility Security
- Ensures security solutions and services follow ABB security standards.
- Ensures appropriate maintenance, inspection and testing activities are carried out and records kept for all fire safety equipment and systems.
- Keeps certificates of compliance.
Green CREM
- Assesses buildings and recommends actions for improvement in line with ABB's Green Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) approach.
Common
- Manages and monitors activities such as Landscaping, Pantry operations, Canteen operations, Mail room management, Employee transport, Pest control, Hotel room reservations & Event coordination, Stationery management.
- Invoice verification pertaining to facility management.
Safety
- Zero harm – (in conjunction with the Health and Safety Manager) ensures that all activities led by Facilities are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.
