Overview:
As a frontline office associate you will be the first point of contact for visitors clients and callers ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the efficient functioning of the office and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries promptly providing accurate information or directing queries to the relevant staff.
2.Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as sorting mail managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic clerical duties including data entry filing and organizing documents.
3.Facilities Coordination:
- Monitor and maintain the reception area ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address office upkeep and cleanliness.
