Requirements
Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities
Salary calculations, and disbursements
Verify and reconcile payroll data to prevent discrepancies.
Implement and enforce compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations (e.g PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) .
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with tax laws, wage and hour laws, and other relevant regulations.
Develop and update payroll policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and organizational needs.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Collaborate with finance, human resources, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
Work with external auditors during audits related to payroll and compliance.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the payroll system.
Recommend and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Must know about ECR creation, remittance and challan generation for different statutory payments like (PF, ESIC, LWF and PT) at the national level.
Candidate should know labour or shops and establishment compliance.
Must have good knowledge of Excel with proficiency in Excel formulas, pivot tables and charts for report and dashboard creation.
