Responsibility
- Work closely with the Art, Design, and Engineering teams to develop and implement pipelines, tools, and features in Unity
- Experience/Gameplay Creation - Create interaction and functionality using Unity
- Importing the Art assets properly into Game Engines preserves the balance between visual and game performance
- Organize scenes and 3D assets. Analyze and optimize performance issues.
- Work closely with Artists to establish benchmarks for in-game visual quality
- Managing pipeline tools and plugins to improve team efficiency and output fidelity
- Support the Art team throughout production, removing all technical roadblocks
Requirement
- 4+ years of Game Development Experience
- Highly Skilled with Unity Game Engine for Mobile Game Development
- Experience with Game Asset Pipeline and Tools
- Experience in Art Asset Optimization in Unity
- Expertise in game art including workflows, modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging etc.
- Knowledge of simulations, vfx, and particle systems in game engines
- Ability to R&D and, create custom materials for various art teams to use
- Deep understanding of art production tools, terminology, and methodologies for mobile game development
- Expertise with standard art software, including Maya, Substance, Zbrush, Photoshop, etc
- Highly organized and able to adhere to protocols, naming conventions, and file structures
