Job Title: AI Developer - RPA ChatbotsOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer with a focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Chatbots. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, particularly in generative AI, conversational AI, and cognitive AI. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. The candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing AI solutions, preferably in the context of RPA and Chatbots.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered RPA Chatbots to automate repetitive tasks and enhance user interactions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand requirements and design AI solutions that meet business needs.- Implement machine learning algorithms and techniques to develop intelligent chatbots capable of understanding natural language and context.- Research, experiment, and evaluate new AI technologies and methodologies to improve the performance and capabilities of existing systems.- Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and secure AI models and applications.- Integrate AI solutions with existing software systems and platforms to enhance functionality and efficiency.- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy through iterative testing and refinement.- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in AI, RPA, and Chatbots to continuously enhance skillset and knowledge.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address any issues or concerns.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI development, with a focus on RPA Chatbots.- Experience in ChatGPT or prompt engineering is required.- Strong programming skills in languages such as Node.js, Angular and Libraries like TensorFlow.js and Brain.js.- Experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.- Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.- Knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.- Experience in developing conversational AI solutions using frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.- Familiarity with cognitive AI technologies including sentiment analysis, image recognition, and recommendation systems.- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions on time and within budget constraints.Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.- Experience working in Agile development environments.- Certification in AI-related technologies or methodologies.
