Experience Required: 3 - 6 years
Role & Responsibilities - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes for websites, app interfaces, and dashboards.
- Create original UI designs, ensuring adherence to style standards and design systems.
- Conduct UX research, identify and troubleshoot UX problems, and make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders and take ownership of tasks through development.
- Stay updated on tech and design trends, communicate effectively in English, and be a good team player.
Ideal Candidate - Minimum 3 years of proven industry experience in UI design for mobile apps and web.
- Proficiency in mockup design for screens, with some knowledge of HTML.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in creating design systems and differentiating between Android and iOS UI.
