We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team as a Customer Support and Coordination Intern
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Customer Success and Coordination team members in various tasks related to customer interactions, communication, and operational activities
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, communication skills, and business coordination
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferences.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and introduction to our products or services.
Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems promptly and efficiently.
Assist in gathering feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay this feedback to the appropriate teams within the organization.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including account information, communication history, and specific client requirements.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of our products or services and customer success best practices.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with tools like Salesforce is a plus).
