Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. This role will also involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to improve our products and services. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be a full-time hybrid role, located in Pune with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to develop effective strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
