Position: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Job Type: Internship / Full time
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
●Establish & follow a system to manage & lead both offline and online marketing teams. Provide feedback, monitor activities, and report progress to higher management.
●Develop new business, explore new market & potential customers for target based business growth
●Supervise offer submissions and ensure timely Work Order and Purchase Order processing.
●Maintain movement details of the marketing team, track effective progress of their initiatives and report to higher management in systematic manner.
●Establish relevant performance indicators for the marketing team, collect & analyze data
to evaluate the effectiveness & efficiency of the marketing team & provide guidance to improve as needed.
●Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments. Identify training needs and contribute to the team's professional growth.
Requirements:
●Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for those in the field of Science.
●Demonstrate strong communication skills.
●Proficient in basic computer operations.
●Exhibit fluency in spoken and written English conversation.
Any additional skills or qualifications that would be a plus
Salary: INR 12,000 - 20,000 per month, depending on qualification, relevant past experience & evidence of performance
