Location: Bangalore What you would do Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures Work with the care team to oversee patients’ cycling process - consent reviews, medication questions, and answer general process questions throughout the cycle Oversee daily meeting with physician(s) to review cycling patient’s lab results and ultrasound images and ensure accurate and timely updating of patient instructions Coordinates patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our procedures Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patient's families Works independently to ensure the program goals are achieved Support and promote excellence in customer service Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in your day-to-day We’re looking for someone who has 3+ years as a clinical psychologist/functional health coach with deep experience working with medical providers or fertility clinics (preferred) An excellent communicator with and ability to work with multiple cases at once A deep sense of empathy to navigate difficult conversations A problem solver, who is ready to take on challenges the moment they arise and enjoys fast-paced work Someone who is always looking for ways to be more efficient Interested in the third-party reproduction field and is comfortable supporting and educating our members through fertility treatments and support A collaborative team player About We are based out of Bangalore, India but also work remotely so regularly communicate throughout the day.
