Housekeeping Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for managing laundry services and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Housekeeping Skills: Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques for maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Laundry Skills: Knowledge of laundry procedures and ability to manage laundry services
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests and handle guest complaints effectively
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and guests
• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details and ensure standards are met
• Ability to Work in a Team: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
