Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Mumbai, India Onsite working EC-Council is the world’s largest cybersecurity technical certification body. We operate in145 countries globally, and we are the owner and developer of various world- famous cybersecurity programs. We are proud to have trained and certified over 220,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cybersecurity mindset of countless organizations worldwide. Position Overview We’re looking for a result driven SDR to actively seek new business opportunities and engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions/options for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Job Responsibilities • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Create, maintain and expand database of prospects in the total addressable market in the assigned region. • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. • Understand customer needs and requirements. • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives • Enable the management of all partner transactions and operations for current accounts. • Managing partner data and analyzing performance. Required skills, experience and qualifications. • 3-10 years of Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar roles • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and Other professional platforms) • Experience working with a CRM • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skill Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
