Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Managing existing sellers (& new sellers that are getting onboarded everyday)
? Increasing engagement on the platform (through enquiry generation & business leads)
? Relationship management with existing sellers and clients
? Handholding in business enquiries and lead closures
? Responsible for Revenue Generation through different available channels
? Up-selling, Cross-selling, internet-space selling, ad-space selling
? Client retention, upgradation and improvement in sales process
? Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to the specifications
? To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
? Be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer
receives the best possible service from the company.
? Responsible for revenue generation from international market
? Continuously work towards increasing the share of wallet from the existing customers
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
? 4+ years of Work Experience, any graduate in any specialization. MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be
preferred, but not necessary
? Excellent communication skill (both oral and written)
? Prior experience in similar work environment (Ex – B2B marketplace / B2B E-commerce)
? Prior experience in dealing with international clients is required
? Prior experience in B2B environment, especially in Metal Industry would be a big plus
? Prior experience of being responsible for revenue generation is absolutely MUST
