Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Commission Sales Associate will also be responsible for meeting sales and contributing to team efforts to achieve overall sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Familiarity with technical products and services, preferably in the engineering industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of relevant software, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Hindi
