Technical Assistant – 5 Position

ITI in Draftsman or Diploma in Mechanical
1. Fresher's /1-2 years in Design & Drawing in light Engineering Industry.
2. Skill and Competencies
3. Auto Cad / 3D Software, Drawings and ERP. Selection of correct components
4. Additional requirement
5. Knowledge of CAD software will be additional advantage
6. Job Responsibilities

7. To Prepare Detailed manufacturing drawings and BOM's. testing

ASTT ENGINEER – 5 Positions

Diploma or ITI in Draftsman or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years in Design & Drawings in a light Engineering Industry.
1. 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Edge, ProE or other)
2. Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools.
3. Solid understanding of core concepts.
4.Technical Knowledge : Machine components, Sheet metal, Manufacturing , Fabrication etc & Product testing.
5. Progressive thinking : Lean, 5S & Six Sigma etc.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
2. Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
3. Produce outline designs (GA Drawings)
4. Evaluate final product's overall performance, reliability and safety
5. Estimate costing of product

6. Prepare product reports and documentation (As built drawing, Installation, operation & maintance manual)

Mechanical ENGINEER - 4 Positions
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
3 to 4years
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3DCAD software.
2. Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
3. Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis
4. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
5. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.
