Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team, either a fresher or up to 2 years’ experience. As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects. From project planning to on-site supervision and quality control, you will ensure that our projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. 2. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for project planning and execution. 3. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. 4. Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, equipment allocation, and workforce scheduling. 5. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and challenges to project stakeholders. 6. Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets established standards and specifications. 7. Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site. 8. Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents. 9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction staff. 10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and as-built drawings. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. 3. Proficiency in project management software and tools. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Job tags
