Job description
A highly motivated leader and team player to join the KPIT India GEO team as an extension of the KPIT’s Global Alliances organization to support a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of the India business with our mobility partner ecosystem in our identified OEM client ecosystem(s). This vital and strategic role requires a balance of alliances, sales, and a roll-up-your-sleeves and "get it done" attitude. Success requires the design and execution of a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of our mobility partner ecosystem. Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including GEO sales & account, strategic alliances, marketing, practice, delivery, legal teams, and the alliance’s partners. Maintains a good understanding of automotive / mobility industry experience while articulating KPIT value propositions to new and existing alliance partners. This individual will be held accountable for achieving and exceeding the joint performance targets with alliance partners. Perform all aspects of alliance management, including identification of partner segments, relationship definition, launch activities, partner competency, and industry experience. Execute KPIT alliance partner sales strategy for the India GEO. Thorough deployment of KPIT’s central Alliances Framework in the India GEO through regular cadences, structured communication plan, and review mechanism. Recruit, develop and manage a partner base. Work with alliance partners and internal KPIT stakeholders to generate new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as ensure our alliance partners assist in delivering identified, successful joint initiatives in the region. Work with the KPIT marketing team to plan and participate in industry events, seminars, and other joint GTM activities with alliance partners.
