About the role: The role requires to partner with Business Units and Functional Heads to conceptualize, design, develop and execute L&D initiatives that enables accomplishment of business objectives.

Key Job Responsibility:

· Collaborate with Senior Management, Leadership & HR to assess training needs across various departments and roles.

· Identify and analyse organizational needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from various sources.

· Use surveys, interviews, and job analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

· Design, curate, and implement comprehensive training programs, including workshops and seminars both for new employees and ongoing skill development, that align with the organization's strategic goals.

· Campus hiring: Design, implement and execute robust, innovative, campus specific recruiting strategies to attract and hires top campus talent

· Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees, either in-person or through virtual means, ensuring that the content is engaging and informative. · Identify and negotiate with external vendors and design program based on the need aligning with organizational goals.

· Monitor and Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them through various assessment methods, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

· Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

· Establish process and procedures to enhance the learning ecosystem and learner experience

· Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning journeys on an ongoing basis and make necessary fine tuning to address business needs.

· Prepare and Own the L&D budget for training programs, including cost control and resource allocation.

· Analytics - Report on training metrics, including engagement and completion rates, feedback scores, and return on investment.

· Develop evaluation strategy to measure business impact of learning solutions.

Desired Profile:

Post Graduate/

MBA with 8-12 years of relevant experience years

into Learning & Development and Campus Hiring, Campus Connect for a Technology / IT / ITES/ Management Consulting · Certification in training or L&D or instructional design (e.g. CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plus. · Extensive experience in designing and delivering Corporate training programs. · Knowledge of effective learning and development methods. · Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). · Strong stakeholder management skills · Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills. · Attention to detail and good judgement. · Must be Positive, Dynamic and Energetic
